"I really liked this when I first..."
I really liked this when I first got it, and it looked super cute for a while. But lately all I can notice is how stretched out the elastic has gotten and how scratched and dull the beads look now. I haven’t even worn it every day, so seeing it wear out this fast is disappointing. For the price, I expected it to last longer...

"Looked cute online, but cheap in person"
I really, really wanted to like this bracelet because it looked cute in the pictures, but in person it just felt kind of childish and cheap. The beads are bigger and bulkier than I expected, and the word part sits weird on my wrist. It’s just not something I’d actually wear out, so yeah, disappointed.

"Personalizing it was kinda disappointing!!!"
I really liked the idea of making the bracelet feel personal, but honestly... the options were more limited than I expected!!! Some of the letters/colors I wanted just weren’t available, and the preview didn’t really show clearly how it was actually going to look. For the price, I was expecting more choices, I guess?? It’s still cute, but the whole personalization part was just kind of... meh for me

"Sweet idea, but it didn’t quite land for me"
I get what they were going for with the kindness message, and I don’t mind the idea at all. But the way it’s done felt a little too on-the-nose for me, almost like it was trying really hard to be heartwarming. Even the wording had this slightly polished, greeting-card feel that pulled me out of it. Nice intentions, just a bit cheesy in the execution.

"Didn’t feel gift-worthy"
I bought this thinking it would work as a gift, but when it arrived it just felt kind of cheap and impersonal. It had that no-real-person-behind-it feeling, so I ended up not wanting to give it to someone

I ordered from Little Words Project and had a problem with my order, so I reached out to customer service thinking they’d actually help. Nope. They took days to respond, and when they finally did, it was some generic reply that solved absolutely nothing. I kept having to chase them for answers, and they still didn’t fix the issue. this is on them, their customer service made the whole situation way worse than it needed to be. I’m frustrated and definitely won’t be ordering again

"Cute bracelet, but here we go again"
It looked really cute when I first got it, but after about a week the beads were already starting to chip and the string got loose way too fast. Kind of frustrating because this seems to happen every time I buy something like this. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better...
"Sizing was totally off for me"
The bracelet is really cute, but the sizing was way tighter than I expected. I went by the chart, and it still didn’t fit right, so I ended up having to stop wearing it.

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
I ordered a bracelet because it seemed like it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up being way slower than I expected. It felt a little misleading because the order made it seem like things would move along quicker, but the tracking barely changed for days.
I totally get that delays can happen, but there wasn’t much communication or clear updates, so I was left checking the tracking over and over with no real idea what was going on. That part was really frustrating and made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.
When it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. The bracelet is cute enough, but the shipping experience left a bad impression, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Returns were a total pain"
I ordered a bracelet as a gift, but it ended up not fitting right, so I figured I’d just exchange it. Nope, the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be, and kind of a headache.
I had to pay to ship it back and then basically sit around waiting for replies. For the price, I really thought returns or exchanges would be way smoother. Kinda disappointing, not gonna lie, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again...

"Cute idea, just costs too much"
Liked the look of the bracelet at first, and the idea behind it is really sweet.
But felt overpriced once it arrived. Basically a simple beaded bracelet, and didn’t seem much different from cheaper ones I’ve seen elsewhere. Get that the message is part of the appeal, but still expected a little more for the price.
Shipping added to the total and made it feel even less worth it. Cute concept, but wouldn’t buy again at that price.
